Now a community staple for over 30 years, we have always been a family-owned business. Landvision Designs was born from the shared passion of owners Tracy and Crystal Sides, who first met during their studies at NC State University. Their love of nature, knowledge of local flora, and complimentary skills inspired them to start their own business in Raleigh.
With the encouragement of Homewood Nursery, where Crystal worked during college, the business began with small landscaping jobs that quickly earned positive feedback. This success led to becoming a full-service landscape architecture firm, backed by a team of the finest craftsmen and designers in the country. Landvision Designs is a company which proudly thrives on strong family values and roots in the community. This family-first philosophy extends to every member of the team and every client served.

Are you local? Where is your office?
We are a local, family-owned business located in Raleigh. Our design office is located on the grounds of Homewood Nursery and Garden Center at 10809 Honeycutt Rd, Raleigh, NC 27614.
What should I expect when I call?
When you reach out to Landvision Designs, you will be speaking with one of the friendly staff members in our Raleigh office. During the introductory call we will listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and quickly help you determine if we are your perfect fit. This first on-site visit is charged at a flat $50 rate. The designer will capture your vision, explain your options, then present you with a comprehensive quote for the design and build phases of your project. Once you are ready to move forward, the real fun begins! Your dedicated designer will walk you through the detailed plans, help you pick out beautiful plants and materials, and start building. The best quality craftsmanship can take time, but we will make the process easy for you. When it’s all done, you don’t have to do anything but walk outside and enjoy the peaceful elegance of a Landvision Designs space.
Is there a minimum or maximum size for your projects?
The licensed experts on our team really are top tier. No outdoor residential project is too tough for us! And while we often handle large projects, we are happy to bring our expertise to smaller jobs with a minimum budget of $10,000.
Are you licensed and insured?
Our team includes licensed landscape architects, licensed general contractors, and licensed landscaping contractors. We also have support staff and craftsmen with combined decades of experience. You can trust Landvision Designs to always do top quality work. We carry commercial liability insurance to protect everyone involved.
How long does everything take?
We are typically available to schedule an introductory call the same or next day. Depending on the season and type of project, we typically can schedule your first home visit within 2 – 4 weeks. All of our projects are custom built, and we don’t cut corners. Our customers appreciate that quality work takes a little longer. Once your first home visit is complete, your dedicated designer will draw up detailed plans. Before making any committments, you will know what to expect and be kept informed every step of the way.

We serve Raleigh and the surrounding communities. We typically work in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Youngsville, Rolesville, Knightdale, Wendell, Cary, Morrisville, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Apex. If you aren’t sure if your home is within our service are, please use our contact form to send us a message. Be sure to include your address and a description of the project. We will be happy to answer right away.
