Tracy Sides

Tracy graduated from NC State University with a degree in Landscape Design and has been involved in the green industry in various roles, including NCNLA Past President, ANLA Program Committee, ANLA Landscape Board, and the NC Landscape Contractors Licensing Board. He is a registered Landscape Architect, NC Licensed General Contractor, NC Licensed Landscape Contractor, NC Licensed Pesticide Applicator, and a NC Certified Plant Professional. He has guest lectured at NC State University and Appalachian State University, and he designed the Olympic Soccer Stadium in Mauritania and the planting design around the NC State Capitol Building in Downtown Raleigh. He is a devoted family man and enjoys fly-fishing, camping, hiking, bow hunting, and running.

Crystal Sides

Crystal Sides is a native of eastern North Carolina and grew up working on her family’s agricultural farm. It was here she developed a love of gardening and the outdoors. She has a degree in Horticulture from North Carolina State University and is a member of the NC Nursery and Landscape Association and the NC Green Industry Council. Crystal has served on the Board of Advisors to the NC State General Shelton Leadership Center since its inception in 2002 and currently serves on the Center’s Scholarship Committee. Crystal has been a guest lecturer at Appalachian State and North Carolina State universities. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about values-based leadership and serving her community.

Sandra Vazquez

Sandra has been the office manager for Landvision Designs, Inc. since January of 2001. She is responsible for daily company operations and management. Sandra grew up in Durham, NC and resides in Raleigh with her husband, son, cat, dog, and two birds. She loves spending time with her amazing family and pets, going to the beach, and traveling to new and exotic places.

Daniel John

Daniel is one of the landscape designers at Landvision Designs, and he joined the company in September 2007. Daniel is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Landscape Horticulture. He is a registered Landscape Architect, a NC Licensed Landscape Contractor and a North Carolina Certified Plant Professional. Before joining Landvision Designs, he spent six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and deployed to Ramadi, Iraq in 2005. Outside of work Daniel enjoys running, fishing, downhill skiing, and spending time with his family.

Mike Magyar

Mike is a crew foreman for one of Landvision’s installation crews. Mike and his family moved to North Carolina in 2013 from Pennsylvania to be closer to family. He has a degree in Landscape Contracting from Penn State University, is OSHA Certified, and is a NC Licensed Landscape Contractor. He is an avid stamp collector, and on the weekends, he enjoys spending time with his family, serving the Lord, and fishing. His favorite part of landscaping is interacting with our clients as well as providing them with a project that not only meets their expectations but exceeds what they thought was possible.

Miguel Flores

Miguel is a Crew Foreman for one of Landvision’s installation crews. He has been with Landvision since 2007 and has many talents that compliment each and every job. Miguel and his family live outside of Henderson, NC. His favorite part of the construction process is being able to step back and see all that is accomplished at the end of the day.

Cam Greene

Cam started working Part Time at Landvision in the Summer of 2015 on one of the installation crews. He joined full time in 2016 as a crew foreman and is now our Project Manager. Cam’s youthful energy and hard working attitude have been a great addition. Cam enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and Church.

Joseph Strowd

Joseph is a North Carolina native. He attended North Carolina State University and graduated with a degree in Landscape Design. As one of the landscape designers Joseph brings years of design and installation experience to the team. Joseph is a NC Certified Plant Professional Joseph likes to travel, hike, and cook good food.

Caitlin Easterling

Caitlin grew up in Lincolnton, NC. She attended NC State University and holds a degree in Landscape Design and Environmental Science. She is a certified BMP Inspector (#2448) and is Energy Savings Landscape Certified. Caitlin joined our team of designers in 2020 and brings creativity and years of experience. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys kayaking, hiking, and concerts.
